The PLAID Journal and JDRF Announce Partnership

The PLAID Journal is proud to partner with JDRF to promote diabetes education, awareness, support programs, and T1D research to deliver a cure for T1D and its complications.

With the partnership between The PLAID Journal and JDRF, we will work together to:

  • Promote academic literature that focuses on living well with diabetes and is translatable to researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals, and people living with diabetes.
  • Provide content that makes a positive and practical difference to researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals, and people living with diabetes without high subscription costs and exorbitant author fees.
  • Promote the JDRF brand and programs via The PLAID Journal website and associated publications.
  • Provide peer review and publishing priority to JDRF-funded research manuscripts matching the scope of The PLAID Journal.
  • Feature the JDRF brand and research initiatives on The PLAID Journal website and promotional materials as a partner to The PLAID Journal.
  • Consistently feature JDRF-authored content as part of The PLAID Journal’s ongoing content in the form of JDRF-funded research articles, updates, and news that positively impact people living with diabetes.
